At Avarix Limited, we utilise Building Information Modelling (BIM) to support clients across the architecture, engineering and construction (AEC) sectors. BIM allows us to take concept ideas and bring them to life using intelligent, data-rich 3D models that enhance planning, co-ordination and decision-making throughout a project’s lifecycle.

Our team operates in accordance with ISO 19650, the international standard for managing information over the whole lifecycle of a built asset using BIM. We are also self-accredited members of recognised BIM professional bodies, demonstrating our commitment to maintaining high standards and continuous professional development in digital construction practices.

We apply BIM not only to permanent works but also to the planning of Traffic Management (TM) layouts, enabling us to assess how and when works can be safely and effectively carried out on live highways. 

By modelling construction phasing, vehicle movements and temporary traffic arrangements in advance, we help reduce risk, minimise disruption and improve safety for both road users and the workforce.

Our BIM-led approach supports more predictable project outcomes and ensures that all stakeholders have a clear visual understanding of the proposed works from the outset.
